With “smart ski goggles”, an application for data-goggles which enables skiers to retrieve real-time information via a mini-display inside the goggles, evolaris entered the finals of the Fast Forward Award, the business prize awarded by the Federal State of Styria.

During yesterday’s awarding ceremony overall 15 finalists from five categories presented their innovation projects to a large audience. From the nominated finalists a jury of experts selected the winner of each category.

Within the category “Institutions of R&D” evolaris shared the stage with Virtual Vehicle and its project “Chrashtest without Dummies” and Joanneum Research presenting a software for optimal radiation.

After an exciting evening Joanneum Research left the stage as the award winner.  We heartily congratulate and are already looking forward to participate at the Fast Forward Award 2015.
