Use of the evolaris website is subject to the user's acceptance of the Conditions of Use below. Conclusion of the contract

Where the evolaris website offers to accept the provision of certain services, this represents solely an invitation to tender. The bid is made by the user of the evolaris website. evolaris reserves the express right to subject such bids to close examination and/or not to accept the bid without further explanation. Lack of response does not signify the acceptance of the bid.

Guarantee

evolaris offers no guarantee whatsoever regarding the accuracy, completeness, legalit y, objectivity and actual status of the contents of the evolaris website. evolaris reserves the right to adapt, change or delete the website in its entirety and the associated content, without prior notice. evolaris draws particular attention to the fact that users in other countries whose legislation does not permit or permits to a limited extent such disclaimers are in no way affected by the above provision (see Liability) or affected only to a limited extent.

Liability

evolaris and its partner firms and any third persons or companies who have a business or other relationship with evolaris assume no liability whatsoever for damages of any kind (including actual damages, lost profits, frustrated applications, damage to data, loss of data, loss of trade, legal expenses and drafting of contracts, amongst others), arising from use of the website, from temporary or long-term inability to use the website (downtime), from limited availability of the website or its content, from faulty representation of content, from the display of external content or from the display of hyperlinks on the evolaris website. evolaris assumes no liability whatsoever in the event of damage to or destruction of hardware, software and other system data resulting from the use of the evolaris website or its contents. This provision (Application of Law) shall apply irrespective of the legal basis used to make the claim, irrespective of the degree of fault and irrespective of the question as to whether evolaris and its partner firms or the third parties in a business or other relationship with evolaris were or should have been aware of the possibility of damage. Application of Law

The evolaris website is managed, operated and administered by evolaris' head office. This is located in Austria, Hugo-Wolf-Gasse 8-8a, 8010 Graz. The evolaris website and its content can be accessed and used worldwide. evolaris accepts no liability whatsoever for the legality of the evolaris website and its content from the point of view of other legal systems and their corresponding statutory provisions. Use of the evolaris website and its content in countries other than Austria is the sole responsibility of the user. Compliance with the statutory provisions of other legal systems is the sole responsibility of the user. In particular, users of the evolaris website should observe the relevant export regulations. evolaris reserves all rights in the event of contraventions and will instigate both criminal and civil legal action in pursuit of legal infringements.

Amendments

evolaris reserves the right to amend and update these Conditions of Use at any time without notice. The relevant version of the Conditions of Use is binding and will be published on the evolaris website. Users of the evolaris website are advised to read the current Conditions of Use and associated legal notices at regular intervals, to keep themselves informed of any amendments.

2. Copyright Statement

All information on the evolaris website (text, graphics, logos, videos, music etc.) is protected by copyright. The information and content published here may not be used for any purpose other than personal use. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, all rights of use belong exclusively to the copyright owner.
