From February 23 to 27 the annual Mobile World Congress will take place in Barcelona. As in previous years evolaris will actively participate under the roof of the Austria Lounge in order to present competencies and projects particularly dealing with Connected Life and Industry 4.0.

Developments for Google Glass and data glasses in general, as well as innovations relevant for the future mobile market will be clearly emphasised.

In the course of the MWC 2014 a brand new area namely „mPowered Industries – Insights and Solutions“ has been put on the agenda in form of vertical industry conferences and exhibitions dealing with the health-, media- and tourism sector.

With projects such as the development of an application for the rehabilitation of stroke patients, “Take Care” – a mobile advanced training tool for people working in the health sector, and “eSecMed” – the development of a virtual medicine cabinet, evolaris has already demonstrated competency in the mHealth sector. In the course of the project “Experimedia – Smart Ski Googles” evolaris collects relevant experience in the tourism sector by developing a software for smart ski goggles which provide real live information for skiers via a mini display inside the goggles.

Being part of the Mobile World Congress is seen as a unique opportunity for evolaris to demonstrate expertise and present developments to an international audience and to win cooperation partners for fruitful future projects.
