For more than one year now, evolaris has been supporting “go4health” in developing a mobile application which brings movement and variety to the office life.

 The company “go4health” is specialised on holistic health management in working environments. go4health experts offer an individual and effective health management programme to companies. The holistic approach comprises high-quality consulting and an innovative, user friendly app for iOS and Android as well as a full responsive web portal. Hence, employees have location- and time independent access to their personal health management programme.

 Since the beginning of 2016 evolaris is actively taking advantage of the go4health services. Twice a day colleagues of evolaris get together for a so called “jour-fit” where they collectively carry out exercises which are recommended via the app. Colleagues confirm increased relaxation and wellbeing based on their regular participation.
