At the Fifteen Seconds Festival in Graz evolaris will present its “Living Lab” platform – a key element within the open innovation strategy for user involvement.

For its development of digital assistants, evolaris puts emphasis on the early involvement of end users by employing systematic co-creation strategies. Based on sound knowledge in the field of technology acceptance, users are integrated within the development process using reliable tools, following the aim of creating value adding applications with a positive user experience. The evolaris Living Lab platform is the central point of these actions.

At the Fifteen Seconds Festival Daniela Glatz, Head of Customer Insights, demonstrates the functionalities of the Living Lab and presents best practice projects which were realized based on the platform. On Friday 17 June at 2:50 pm she will speak at the Master Class about how the Living Lab method is able to support an optimal user experience.

“Especially within the last two years, interest in the platform was increasing. Co-creation elements, especially the involvement of our Living Lab community, with currently more than 1.000 active members, is an integral part of many of our client projects. This success causes us to further optimise the platform”, says Daniela Glatz.  

As a partner of the Fifteen Seconds Festival, evolaris will be present on both days, June 16 and 17, and invites interested visitors to test the platform as well as smart glass solutions which have been developed based on the involvement of the Living Lab community.
